Katie Price has been spotted breaking the law once again as she misused her eldest son Harvey’s disabled parking badge on Monday.
Katie’s fiancé Carl Woods parked his black Inifniti car in a disabled space, where Harvey’s blue badge was put to use as the family headed out for Katie’s birthday meal in Brighton.
The blue badge for the use and benefit only of the person to whom the badge has been issued.
Katie, 44, and Carl, 34, hopped out of the car along with her children daughters Princess and Bunny and son Jett. Princess’ rumoured boyfriend also joined in on the family day out, however, Harvey was not present at the meal.
The UK government website states: “It is a criminal offence for you or anyone else to misuse the badge. Doing so could lead to a £1,000 fine and confiscation of the badge.”
Princess and her siblings were pictured squashing into the backseat together alongside Princess’s rumoured boyfriend, while supermodel Katie and Carl took up the driver and passenger places.
The UK government website states: “You’re only allowed one person in each seat fitted with a seat belt. You can be fined up to £500 if you don’t wear a seat belt when you’re supposed to.”
Following a road incident near her Sussex home in September 2021, Katie was slapped with a 16-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months, given a two-year driving ban and 100 hours of community service. The punishment came after she pleaded guilty to drink-driving while disqualified.
