A HEREFORDSHIRE woman has been fined by magistrates after she was caught illegally using a disabled parking badge.

Mary Ann Sinclair Powell was proven guilty by magistrates in Worcester.
The court heard the 69-year-old had been caught unlawfully using a blue disabled person’s parking badge in Ross-on-Wye’s Gloucester Road on April 25.
Sinclair Powell, of Fourth Avenue, Ross, was fined £110 and must pay costs of £383.21 and a £34 victim surcharge.
